Yes! We do accept credit cards for our pick-up and delivery wash & fold services.
At this time, all of the washing machines and the dryers in the laundromat are coin operated.
Do you offer commercial laundry service?
YES, we do! We are seeking low volume commercial accounts to establish a long lasting, positive business relationship with in order to provide your business with the cleanest laundry in the Twin Ports area. Do you offer dry-cleaning or ironing?
Not at this time. However, many items, including most comforters, that say “dry-clean only” on their tags can be washed without any issues. Feel free to check with us if you are not certain if your item can be washed or not.
Is there someone to help me if I have a question or a problem while doing laundry at the laundromat?
We have multiple ways for you to contact us for help. Please call us at 715-718-7118 for immediate help or to report a broken machine. We also have a QR code to scan to fill out and submit a broken machine.
In case of an emergency, call 9-1-1.
What amenities does Billings Park Laundromat offer?
We have a food and beverage vending machine. We have laundry detergent and dryer sheets for sale on-site.We offer FREE wifi for our customers. We also have a TV and folding tables and counters. There is a bathroom on-site for our customers. We offer wash & fold for both residential and commercial customers. We have secure lockers on-site for secure drop-off and we have pick-up and delivery of your laundry order.
What are your laundromat hours?
5am-10 pm 7 days per week. Last load in by 9:00 pm. We appreciate if all washers are started before 9:00 pm. If they are started by this time it gives you plenty of time to wash and dry before closing at 10:00 pm.
Doors lock at 10 p.m.
What kind of bag should I use to put my dirty laundry in for your wash & fold service?
Any bag will work. Some customers prefer a disposable "garbage" type bag and some customers prefer a mesh or canvas bag. If its washable, we will wash your bag and return it with your laundry order. We will place your folded, clean laundry in new bag when we deliver it back to you.
Will my laundry be washed with other people's laundry?
No. When we pick-up your laundry to wash, dry, and fold it we will only wash your laundry with YOUR laundry. You can even select the detergent, dryer sheet, water temperature, and dryer temperature you want for your laundry. We always welcome suggestions for other laundry detergents if your preferred detergent is not on our list!
Will you wash my laundry for me?
Absolutely! Do you prefer to spend your time doing something other than laundry or just don't have the time? We are here for you! In fact, we will pick it up and deliver your laundry for you.
